Still no air date for the relaunched season of Farmer Wants a Wife but the Seven promos say July.
Will you be watching? Is it possible for genuine people still to be cast on a show like this and not be culled early?
Farmer Wants a Wife starts soon
I loved this show before, and I will watch this time but I am worried that the MAFS virus may infect this show. If the farmers and contestants are encouraged towards physical intimacy – either too far with just one, or anything with more than one of their group, I will be out. That sort of thing will ruin the genuine vibe/image of the show, and make it just a rural “Love” Island.
Promos are promising at this stage, though.
I think young peoples’ thoughts on first date sex may have changed since the 60s and 70s. Even with the glorification of free sex, I think one night stands were still instinctively frowned on , and guys disrespected girls who were “easy”. The double standard for males and females was definitely clear back then.
